I was so impressed by Dr Cruz. Caring and informative. I never once felt dismissed by him. We came up with a plan and it was all explained to me in a manner I coukd understand. So many Doctors seem to have lost their bedside manner and he was a breath of fresh air. Nurses and receptionists were all very sweet and helpful. It was truly one if the best medical visits I have had in many years.
Dr. Cruz is one of the best (and I am a retired nurse so I know the best when I see them!). He takes his time when he sees his patients and asks for their input on their care - a rare trait for sure! He is thorough, searching out the cause of a problem and then addressing that problem with confidence and knowledge but always asking for your input and how you feel about proceeding with the suggested treatment.
Dr. Cruz is outstanding. Very thorough and addressed all my concerns and questions as well as giving his reasoning for the tests he requested. I wish every healthcare provider had those qualities. I give him the highest rating! Mike E.
