I had an awful experience with this doctor ( Dr.Luis Grau). As a new patient, I expected some level of care and attention, but instead, I got absolutely nothing. He didn’t ask me any questions, didn’t listen to my concerns, and simply prescribed me the same medication I’m already on. When I asked for clarification, his response was just “take it again,” and then he left the room. He came back, handed me a referral paper, and said goodbye. Had shoulder arthroscopy surgery back in February 2025. Dr Grau was absolutely fantastic. He always took the time to answer all of my questions and ensure that I was taken care of from the minute I walked into his office until the moment I was out of surgery. Would recommend Dr Grau and his amazing team to anyone in need of orthopedic surgery. His team is also very caring and kind which goes a long way for patients!! No one better at his craft than Dr Grau!! Thank you for repairing my shoulder!!

The best surgeon Doctor , Dr Grau he is super nice and I feel so much better after my knee surgery I have no more pain and I highly recommend him such a good trustworthy doctor .
Had both knees replaced by Dr. Grau in 2024. Before surgery, I could barely walk for a few minutes without being in pain. After surgery, I’m back at work walking all day long pain-free. I thank Dr. Grau for giving me back a normal life. Dr. Grau and his staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Grau to anyone needing knee replacement surgery.
