I walk in. No appointment. They’re busy. That’s fine. I sit down with no greeting or time expectation just awkward and furtive glances. Not particularly inclusive or good customer service. Unfortunate because I usually provide over gratuity. I really wonder how they build a new book of business but I suppose you don’t need to when you have nepotistic loyalists. Thanks for honoring my time.
Nice place and friendly extremely talkative people and a little too loud music. However, they do a good job.
