My name is not Brenda Beatty. It's Brenda Eberwein. This Dr is tops in my book. He's very knowledgeable in his field of being a ENT. When I went to him he knew right away what I really needed. He is very gentle, kind and compassionate and has many years of experience. When he checked my ears he was so gentle and I had no pain at all. I can't thank him enough. I would refer anyone to him. If i could give him a million stars i would. Thanks again Doc.
Saw Dr Balbuena for the first time. Got an appointment for 2 and a half hours after they called to make the appointment! He was wonderful, as was his nurse and ALL the staff I encountered. I would most definitely recommend him for any patient, no matter their age. He explained what he was doing, I had a procedure I had not antidcipated having that same day and he was great.
