inferior service, treatment and customer serive ability as a "business." flaky, unable to keep appointments even if scheduled, just hangs up on customer; no friendliness. 100's of other shops to choose from in phoenix alone, so i will and also will make sure to let people i know, know this as well. also, the mechanic in the wheelchair laughed at the fact that my car was in an accident before i purchased it. i think it's even more funny that he's in a wheelchair and would have a very small chance of defending himself if someo... read more
Outstanding Service! Dave and his team did a wonderful job! Only one store had the part they needed in the entire metro area, and when they found out I needed the car that afternoon they ran over to get the part to ensure I received the car back the same day. Beyond fixing the immediate issue, they also carefully checked the entire vehicle and advised me of maintenance that was needed in the near future. I highly recommend them!
