We repaired the A/C on our 2004 Element at this shop and the price, we believe was fair. We then brought the same car back for a different repair and we felt the price was very high. When we asked to see the receipt for the parts that were used the owner stated he did not have it. When we checked the cost of the part at the Honda dealer, we discovered that the cost of the part was less than 1/2 of what this mechanic was charging us.
