I had a very disappointing experience at this salon before my prom. Me and my friend booked our appointments in advance and clearly explained that we needed prom hairstyles -something long-lasting and professionally done. One of us has naturally curly hair and specifically asked if the stylist was experienced with that hair type. We were reassured that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, it was the opposite.
