Dr. Alvarez has been my primary for over 15 years. He is a warm heartfelt guy and he has always treated me and other patients I’ve talked to with care, concern, and when called for, an appropriate sense of humor. There have been plenty of times when I needed him and he’s always made the time and effort to see me and listen to what my health concern is about and has always provided valuable medical opinions and info in return. I have been a patient of Dr. Alvarez for more than six years. Dr. Alvarez is extremely knowledgeable and a compassionate physician who takes the time to listen and discuss my medical issues.
So happy we found Dr Alvarez, such a wonderful and caring doctor, so attentive, really kind and funny!!! Very nice staff too. We are Very very happy!!!!

Dr. Alvarez Is by far the best primary care Dr that I have ever had. He takes his time with his patients and truly listens to me. I suffered for 6 years w a severe health issue and had been hospitalized several times w many specialist. No real diagnosis. My first time meeting him, he was able to figure out what was going on. Husband and I were looking for a primary care physician when we moved to Boca Raton. Dr. Alvarez was recommended to us by several different people. We are very pleased with Dr. Alvarez. He is friendly, competent and willing to work with patients, His office staff is terrific. We love him and his practice.
