If I could leave zero stars I would. My mother and brother had an appointment this morning and waited outside a closed office for close to an hour. No phone calls, no text messages, no emails. Nothing. As a former paralegal who worked for large well-known law firms in this country, I find their treatment highly unprofessional. If this is how this law group treats prospective clients, well good luck. As far as I’m concerned, you SUCK!!!!
