In Oct 2020 we ordered stair installation at Lowes and Luigis destroyed our stairs and baseboards and left it half finished. 14 months later they refuse to fix or complete their work and have stopped answering Lowes calls. We are out $8,100. The owner's boyfriend installed our stairs while she sat and talked to him the entire time. Luigis/Eclipse same horrible company, scammers. DO NOT USE Luigi’s (Eclipse) flooring! They installed a whole house of carpet and they did such a poor job of the installation (did not use power stretcher), can see seam lines, banged up the baseboards. We are now having to have the entire house of furniture moved and carpet re-stretched due to buckling, at our expense and inconvenience. When we complained to them they would not stand behind their work or do anything about it.
Punctuality - The installer for Luigi's, aka Eclipse, arrived late every day, sometimes 2-3 hours later than the time he specified (I was frequently told he'd be there between 8 and 9, but he never arrived that early -- the first day, he arrived at 1PM). I never received calls or texts to tell me he was running late. I always had to call to ask when he would arrive. Have been waiting since june for work to be completed. Supposed to have started tear out of old lanolin floor and install tile floor today actually. They knew last week that they were not going to be able to start the task. Called this morning to see if they were going to show up and they did not have an answer but said they would call back in an hour, that never happened.
