This is our favorite place to visit when visiting for Sounders matches. Everything is so good and we love to sit up front and people watch.
If you’re expecting decent food or decent service, avoid this place. Not sure how they have 4 stars. Glad we picked up and left. So many better options, especially by Pike Place. The guy working on Sunday was rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people. Maybe they don’t take kindly to visitors? Not surprised the place was dead. Just have a look at their response to negative reviews — total lack of professionalism. Wish I read the reviews before spending even a dollar there.
Can’t say much about the food. We were immediately hit with cold customers service the moment we stepped in, we decided to walk out.
The food it delicious, I recommend the Rosa, you might need to wait 5-10 minutes to be seated on a busy day, the waiters are nice, but the food took a little long to come and like half the menu was unavailable.
First stop of our anniversary weekend and WE'LL BE BACK! The carbonara and marsala were amazing (rich, flavorful, cooked to perfection), portions plentiful, and adult beverages strong. Hands down, Luigi's set the bar for our trip and is now our favorite Italian spot.
