Tell EVERYONE about this shop!! ☎️ To find a shop that's transparent, kind, friendly, understanding, and flat out just makes you feel at home and that you can trust them is truly a blessing. I've spent years trying to find a business I felt I could trust and who does good work. I'm glad to say I finally have. I felt seen, I felt heard and I could tell they really care about their clients and community. Thank you guys for taking great care of my vehicle and making the process so easy and quick.
They did an amazing job! My husband and I were having trouble with our car battery. We took our car to autozone twice and they told us nothing was wrong with our battery, starter, and alternator despite our car needing to be jumped twice. We took our car into Luigi’s by recommendation of a friend and they diagnosed and explained our issue clearly within 30 minutes (bad battery after all). They were so kind and easy to work with and we will definitely be going back and recommending them to others!
Incredibly service but really Hot/Cold Owner. Went in for some questions about my vehicle, I had asked to use the bathroom. While doing my business I got the door slammed in and kicked out the place because “you are doing drugs”, like what?? I do not dress like a bum and take care of myself, I even emptied my pockets and showed all my belongings. While walking away they even tried looking around for me for whatever reason. The previous interactions I’ve had were genuine and nice, so why now change? Never going here again.
I can't say enough good things. This is a husband and wife owned shop. Maria is the sweetest, most bubbly, person you could meet. Luis takes the time to truly diagnose issues and doesn't recommend repairs that aren't necessary. Example: the Nissan dealership wanted to reseal the oil pan on my 2003 xTerra, a $1700 fix. Luis identified the main rear seal as the true source of the oil leak.
