Excellent service On time schedule?
Went today for service on my ‘15 Lexus GS350. Luigi was very quick and professional with my service, as always. He’s the only mechanic I trust with my car, and I swear by him to all my friends that need mechanic work. One of the very rare mechanics that are completely honest, and not just trying to make a quick buck. 10/10 would recommend to anyone around.
This guy changed the wrong part in my car. I thought it was my ac compressor clutch. He still changed it knowing that was NOT the issue .He still changed it which was perfectly fine and he changed the other part which was the harmonic balancer .(Needed to change). $500 job cost me $1,047. Asked him if he could atleast round it to $1000. He said he can't. Very disappointed 😞
