Luigi provided great service as a realtor. His approachable and friendly attitude made the house hunting process with him a breeze. He was available to visit properties, many times at short notice, and spent as much time as we needed each visit. He provided advise on the potential of each of the houses we saw. Luigi was especially great at the time of negotiating our final offer. His sense of timing as to when to present it to the seller, and how to adjust the numbers made the deal possible.
