Dr. Luo changed my life. My family and I have been seeing him for years for different ailments and we’ve always been satisfied with the results. To be accurate with this review, no stars will be checked. This man injured my back so intensely I have been in a hell of pain since the minute he stuck his damn needles into my lower back. The pain was severely intense the minute he did the first one abd then he did the 2nd one. I told him stop!!! I have been in severe, constant pain from that moment on!
