Hay Toyota is the 4th Toyota service centre I’ve been to that don’t complete all the items on the scheduled service, this time it’s not greasing the drive shafts. Leaving me wondering what else they’re not completing.. did they put a new oil filter on? Did they actually change the fuel filter? Did they rotate the tires? I’d advise everyone to check over their vehicles on pick up to ensure there’s signs of the service being completed correctly. Bloody sick of these lazy dealerships and their employees!
We had an issue with our alternator. The staff were amazing. They had us up and running within an hour. Turns out the bolt that holds the tension was missing. It was no trouble, we really felt they cared
What wonderful people, we were stuck with an injector issue on the way to Adelaide. Polly was so understanding and help us way beyond what was expected. Recommend them highly!
