Several months ago I took my beautiful F350 in for her scheduled maintenance. When I picked truck up there were oily finger prints on the hood and the steering wheel. No other fluids had been topped off either even though that was part of my maintenance contract. I did an honest review with out pontificating at all. Marcus called me asking what went wrong. Technicians assured me that they had thoroughly shot wires associated with an issue, and then presented the fix as (to no one’s surprise) an incredibly expensive part replacement. When that part did not fix it, they then recommended replacing additional parts costing thousands of dollars more. Skeptical and baffled by the cost, I took my vehicle back. Careless technicians and poor customer service. The short version: the technicians can't keep track of how many bolts they took out and the service managers don't care to listen to concerns about poor work being done for simple jobs. I brought my 2011 ranger in for an airbag recall a few weeks ago. When I got it back, the interior panel underneath the steering wheel had a new gap where the metal bracket behind it was now visible.
