I want to start by saying that the doctor at this clinic is excellent. Every time my daughter saw Dr.Lugo, we received great care, and I want to acknowledge that. However, my repeated interactions with a particular front desk staff member have been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. There’s a receptionist, an older lady with a short blonde bob, who has consistently been rude, dismissive, and lacking in empathy.
