The worst. All they want to do is charge for visits and collect copays. Was told my grandma had to go back and see Dr Lugo for something he had previously charted several times she couldn’t help her with. So when i called for a referral to go see the Dr he told her to go see the receptionist stated she had to come in again and be seen. Their just after patients money and being able to charge insurances for consults that didn’t have to even happen!
Just wasted my money by going to this doctor. So Arogant !!!!
