I was charged 18$ 'no show fee' even though I did show and paid at the place The ordering process was sketchy too, the default is for 2 begs, and there is extra charge option for "insurance" which is a default too

I booked this in September and knew that I needed a place that opened at 7am on a Sunday as I was getting off an early flight from Asia. I got to this place on Sunday Oct 26 and it was closed. In my booking form, the opening time said 9:45am (even though when I booked it in Sept it said 24 hours), and on the app it said this place opened at noon. LuggageHero was a convenient and affordable option for storing my bags in downtown Seattle. The locker is located at The Purple Store, which was easy to find and close to popular attractions like the Seattle Aquarium and nearby museums. It was a great way to explore the city hands-free without having to pay extra for the airport storage. Highly recommend it for anyone with a layover or a few hours to spend in Seattle!

Very kind and helpful! All 3 bags returned just as we left them :) Location was a very short walk from the link light rail and just a few blocks from our AirBNB

I don't suggest using LuggageHero reservation. An employee at the designated location wasn't aware how a reservation should work and was not helpful. I ended paying two times (i.e., a prepaid reservation and another at the site, approximately $15). I will not use Luggagehero based on the this terrible experince.
