does not let you get your luggage separately if you dropped it off as part of a group. not everyone wants to pick up at the same time. you need to let people pick up their own luggage
Didn’t like that my bag was just put on the store floor, where everyone could get to it. But the people who worked there seemed nice enough
We were in the city for the day and needed a place to store a bag while we were at a show at Radio City Music Hall. This was nearby and right by a subway stop so it was super convenient!
They were so helpful. The shop was very clean and easy to find.
