It was a super easy experience. We didn’t get the name of our checkin point of contact but she was so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. We were a couple of minutes late once the once had closed and she was so accommodating and willing to help us and stayed with our luggage till we got there. Thank you so much kind soul!
