It was a good experience but I forgot to hit the pickup button on the app. Luckily I caught it at night before I got charged for another day.

Do not book here! Doing a lot of day trips to LGA, I was thrilled to find this business. Booked in advance and paid - only needed one bag, and the website says $5, but when I went to pay it said minimum of two bags and charged me $20. Fine, not great, but it seemed convenient. But when I landed at LGA I tried to find the directions for this alleged 35 minute walk from the terminal and it was impossible to see where I would cross the myriad of highways to get to this place.
