Friendly staff, but a bit of confusion with the pickup process. Everything went well in the end! The staff was very kind and helpful, but there was a bit of confusion when I came to pick up my bag. The person at the counter had to call the owner about an ID, even though LuggageHero doesn’t require one. It took a little while, but I got my luggage safely. Overall, a good experience!
Super easy to use with plenty of convenient locations. Storing my luggages was worry and hassle free. I did run into a small issue earlier, but the support team quickly helped, refunded the held amount (even outside the cancellation period), and resolved everything smoothly. Excellent overall service
Everything took less than 10 minutes. The store I went to they were friendly and helpful. I did same day luggage storage of 2 bags.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. This worked for what I needed. The walk to the E subway from the location is about 13 minutes. Very easy!
Great place for luggage storage. Provides locks so you will have peace of mind that your valuables stay safe and secure. Location not to far from air train was a plus
