Went here to store my luggage for 3 hours. The owner was really nice and the location was convenient and easy to find.
This was extremely easy as a quick stop in the city before heading to JFK. The facility was fine. However, the check out app added a $4.50 tip that I wasn’t expecting! The tip did not go to the kind staff at the facility, rather to the booking app. For what I don’t understand. !

Really appreciated being able to drop off bags for the day. Guy at the shop was helpful. Got us checked in thru the website. Taking a picture of our bags added confidence in the process. All was well at the end of the day.
