Definitely felt safe! The team knew exactly what to do! Only issue I had was upon dropping off AND picking up; I had to wait an extended amount of time for the “person who handles it” to come out. The girl on the register didn’t seem to care too much and spent more time on the phone than making sure the person was coming to help me. Yes, I’d use this location again, but I’ll most likely look for another spot in the area.
Very clean and safe
Very easy check-in and out. Open 24/7 Bags are stored in the basement of a well stocked bodega w/small deli. Great location for drop-off if exploring Central Park before going to hotel! I would certainly use LuggageHero again in NYC.
