The drop off was fine. Staff were incredibly rude, especially when it came to going to the green screen. It doesnt pop up and they couldn't kindly explain. They also didnt look at it so im not sure the point of that

Nashville - 1st location was disaster - no signage, no instruction, lift not working weeknds etc decided not to leave bags as by time I found premises it was 3.30 and its was closing at 5pm - so decided against leaving bags - but still was charged £36!!!!! In discussions for refund - so here hoping but on a better note - I left luggage at Sam’s Store today and it’s was easy peasy - checked in, photos, cases numbered , and done and dusted - in & out in 10mins - clock started - returned to collect and clock stopped and was sor... read more

If your flight is delayed or you can't make your appointment and don't cancel they'll charge your card $30+ for a cancellation fee. Not worth the risk! Go with another option.
