I bought a Longines Conquest from Lugaro Metrotown a couple of days back. I initially noticed a very small mark on the bezel, something extremely minor. Lugaro metrotown went above and beyond to remedy the situation and made sure I was satisfied, which I am very. Definitely is now my go to place to shop for new timepieces.
Bought a longines conquest 38 from Lugano metro town and had a wonderful experience. When I got home I noticed a small ding/scratch where the bezel meets the case. It is very small to the point where I can’t get a good photo of it, and I shouldn’t even have been able to spot it, but I did and it is slightly disappointing nevertheless. Overall good experience, just slightly disappointed at that small flaw
