Very deep and knowledgeable. I’ve been learning a lot. I consider him a great asset and I highly recommend him as a therapist.
Does not return calls. Guess it is because EAP doesn't pay much so his office could care less about following up with people that need therapy. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I’ve really benefited from and enjoy my sessions with Dr. Lugar. He listens carefully and empathizes with my feelings. His feedback is practical and in tune with the issue at hand. I like that he recommends activities for me to complete between sessions. Would highly recommend Dr. Lugar.
Tried calling and making an appointment wouldn’t make an appointment for me kept calling him a doctor which he isn’t he not even a doctor of psychology. My therapist said probably heretic and fan of disproven practices considering he uses stuff that hasn’t been used in years and holds no weight in the psychological community.
