I contacted them by email (the only apparent way to reach them) to ask if they could get some lug nuts that I couldn't find on the site. They asked me to send pictures (I'm not sure how that would help, since the problem I had was finding the right pitch, something you have to actually measure) but I did anyway. No response. I then emailed again, and they said they had not received the pics so I re-sent them. No response after that. i ordered 20 lug bolts and they only sent me 18 and when i try and get ahold of them they don’t respond. the low rating really speaks for itself. I really hope they make things right but i highly doubt it.
