Very poor service and extremely disappointing experience. This public attorney never returned my calls despite multiple attempts to make contact. I left messages, followed up several times, and still received no response. I even went to the office in person after trying repeatedly to reach them by phone, and nothing was resolved. This law office scraped public court records and sent me a letter saying I’m under litigation from a bank. Turns out when you scrape public data without doing your due diligence, you can mistake people’s identities. I’ve spent the last 2 days tracking down information to confirm that I am not facing any lawsuits, and was finally able to confirm that it’s not me. Will degrade and demean you to cover up for his failings, and won't correct his failings. Only does what he wants. Will disregard simple boundaries of respect. Will bully to hide his own failings.
