This law office scraped public court records and sent me a letter saying I’m under litigation from a bank. Turns out when you scrape public data without doing your due diligence, you can mistake people’s identities. I’ve spent the last 2 days tracking down information to confirm that I am not facing any lawsuits, and was finally able to confirm that it’s not me.
