These apartments are absolutely deplorable. While they do appear to be nice at first glance you will find that they are shoddily put together with cheap materials. In addition to the bad conditions of these apartment buildings, the staff is unethical and dishonest. Expect to regularly receive lease violations for things which are beyond your control due to the low grade of the appliances and materials used.
