It might have been 2016 when I visited but seeing wedding shows on tv just reminds me how truly awful my experience was I feel the need to write this. 2 stars is such a shame as the venue, dresses and location was stunning. It was just the lady that helped me. I felt awful being there in her rude presence and we felt thoroughly in her way. I tried on 2 dresses. Bought neither eventhough they were lovely on and I came ready to buy, it just wasn't pleasant there. There off my chest.

Absolutely seamless day. Had an appointment with Philippa not really knowing exactly what I wanted and left with the most beautiful dress at a great price. Never felt pressured or rushed, just an all-round perfect experience (for me and my party!). Thank you!

Luella was the first (and only) bridal boutique I visited when looking for a wedding dress. I loved so many dresses there, which were all so beautiful, unique and slightly different to the typical, brining style one finds in other bridal shops. I didn't want to be just an average bride, so this was the perfect place. The help and service was excellent and I felt very comfortable, and valued the experts opinions greatly. A beautiful boutique and a wonderful personal service, not only advising on the dresses but on how best to accessorise them. The glass of fizz and delicious macarons were a welcome treat too!
