not good customer service, i would call it rude at best. Made an appointment, called on that day and they told me i diddnt have one and that i was to blame. Just cause youve had business in a little town for a long time doesnt mean anything to me. Thats why new companies are thriving and companies like this that think they own the town can treat people like crap are fading out at a rapid rate.
