A lot of delays. Didn’t communicate properly. Receptionist was stonewalling us when we asked questions. They issued a check to our realtor but never sent our wire. How is that even possible? I’ve closed over 300 transactions since 2017 and I’ve never experienced such an incompetent group of people in my life. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
I closed my mortgage refinance with this law firm and they took a very nonchalant approach to the entire process. Initially I did not think it was a big deal but I was severely mistaken. I spoke to Maribel in Duluth and she is exceptional, knowledgeable, professional, assertive, kind, polite. ..and the last but not the least she speaks Spanish. Also spoke to Ashley in Loganville.
