Sloppy job, messes every day, multiple calls for unsatisfactory quality in jobs completed that then needed to be redone. Poor communication and definitely a company that doesn't take pride in it's work or finished job.

I called for an estimate and someone came out within the week or so. He took the measurements and said he would drop of quote in the mail. One month goes by and I have not heard anything. I called the guy who was supposed to give us an estimate and he was unavailable for a call and would call me back. Unfortunately, I missed the call but he left me a message saying they do not have the capacity to take on my project and could not do it. We bought 7 windows from Luecks we can't believe what a wonderful job they did. Excellent product and workmanship. We will finish the house next spring, thank you Luecks for a great job

Steve K. did not listen to my concerns about water leakage through my windows. His quote only reflected part of the job we talked about (my dad had the same conversation with him and was surprised that the rest of the work was not on the quote). His guy shows up SIX WEEKS after the estimate was made and did the work while Steve sat watching him in an air conditioned car. When they left I heard nothing from them - no one told me if the job was done or not. When I called he told me all they did was what was on the contract. He... read more
