Took my mother to the Canal Winchester location. Exam was very thorough and mom bought her hearing aids that day. We were happy with the professionalism and genuine caring nature of all who worked there. My husband purchased hearing aids at the Graceland area office in pColumbus. Both offices operate the same way. The only suggestion I have is to have better signs for the Canal location or when making an appointment give people an idea of where to enter. Initially it is difficult to find the entrance.
