A part of my hearing aid retention wire came apart while on vacation. I tried to put it back together but it didn’t fit correctly. I called their High Street location and their Audiologist Dr. Kelly was able to FaceTime with me! She accessed the problem and reviewed what I’d done to “fix it”. I have had the pleasure of being with Luebbe for over 3 years. The staff is wonderful, Kelly is great and I tell everyone about how they answer their phones. Truly hands down wonderful people.
Very fast and friendly service. The doctors take their time and they ask you questions and are very thorough in their responses. The entire staff is knowledgeable about the products and you leave feeling good about your visit
