A part of my hearing aid retention wire came apart while on vacation. I tried to put it back together but it didn’t fit correctly. I called their High Street location and their Audiologist Dr. Kelly was able to FaceTime with me! She accessed the problem and reviewed what I’d done to “fix it”.
