i will never do business with this company. I had a issue with my water softener that started 05/19. today 7/16 i finally get resolution to a problem i don't agree with, i will pay the bill either way. Terrible follow up and customer service. I called at least 10-12 times always he is not in the office and he will call you back today. lol
Bought 5 bags of Duracube. Very friendly and helpful. Loaded the bags for me into our truck bed.
Had a great experience with Ladwig's Water of Jackson. Came in on a Tuesday to discuss some leak issues with my 18 year old Culligan softener system (from a different vendor) with Lyndee in the front office. She directed me to speak with Tim, one of their installers. I opted for a new system. Scheduled an appt. for that Thursday. Tim provided a smooth and professional installation.
