Horrible experience – I had made reservations through our hotel concierge for this restaurant five days prior to our arrival in Vail and was looking forward to eating here. I called 30 minutes before our reservation to reconfirm and ask for a more private table and was told by the hostess that our reservation had been cancelled because they had sold out the restaurant that night and were kicking us out, and they "had been trying to reach us for weeks".
