After years of delivering the service in the ways that we would want when we were in the field, we developed our online showrooms to provide all of the information that field personnel need on new and used equipment as well as our service offerings.

Arrived about an hour before their open time. There were some employees in the shop but there wasn’t anyone to help with retail customers. A gentleman in the shop called a manager and got authorization to sell me for cash what I came in to buy. This was a huge help as I drove 45 minutes to the shop. This is an example of great customer service and problem solving. Thanks, Ludwig’s team!
Sorry for the delay fellas. I'm a residential concrete contractor and last week June 9th I was in the process of digging 19 piers when the machine fitting failed after only the first hole. My T190 was down. I stopped in with the fitting and the 2 gentleman where more then helpful. They found a part that was compatible to my machine.
