This PLACE is ABSURD! My son took our power washer on 8/23 and was told that it would be 2-3 weeks. On 8/26 5 WEEKS...we were told it was ready for pick up (keep in mind, my son had to borrow a truck to drop off and pick up) He was able to make arrangements to get the pick up on 8/30 but was told they had to close 30 minutes early that day. My son went again today, Oct 1 only to find that it hadn’t been touched and there were 8 jobs still left before ours. 6 weeks ago they came and picked up my riding lawnmower for warranty work, with a two week turnaround. The mower sat in their shop untouched for three weeks before they even diagnosed the problem. It’s been an additional 3 weeks and they have claimed that the parts have not arrived. I still haven’t got my mower back, and have ended up renting a mower to cut my grass. I would not recommend this play for any kind of work at all.

Lawnmower won’t go into reverse was told by their “ technician “ that it needed a new transmission and that I abused it and warranty would not cover it, $1200 was the estimate, I brought it home and adjusted the linkage and it works fine, beware of this merchant.
This shop charged me $50.00 to tell my my blower can’t be fixed. Then they tried to keep it!! Wtf! Told me to come in hour 1/2 to pick up my weed eater and when I arrive they told me they still need to order the part!!! REALLY! DO NOT TAKE YOUR SMALL APPLIANCES HERE!!!!!!
