On vacation, I put my back out by "just" bending over. I went ot see Dr. Liska and he recommended massage, ice and after a few days; adjusted me and I was back to a great vacation. I could not walk but in just a few days I was up and moving. My doctor back home would of given me drugs and sent me home and not of been able to excerise for weeks.
