He understood my needs and solved my problem quickly. Truly the best lawyer I’ve ever had.
Took money but never solved the issue. Messy land deal. Other parties lawyer produced quick claim deeds. Title company had to write 3 affidavits, my lawyer refused. He needed to work with third parties lawyer. Instead of follow thru he let it sit. Then said he would be gone for 2 weeks. I had to get the developer to take over so deal could be closed. At 72 I believe he is past his prime. To me he seemed no longer able to develop and execute a plan of action.
Very calm, experienced, aggressive, listens to my concerns. Highly recommend him.
