Needs for consideration, listening, mutual communication, cooperation, respect, safety and trust not met. Patient had to go elsewhere to receive needed medical care.
Just released from hospital and needed physician to refill prescriptions. Initial visit. Office seemed to be lacking current technology. Alpha male complex. Dismissive. Immediately decided to change my meds and strengths. Does not give the impression that he wanted to work with his patients. I walked out before the conclusion of the visit. What a waste of time.
I gave Ludwig one star because I don't know if negative stars can be given. He's a jerk. He rushed my appointment and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain my ailments. He hurt me during his "examination." I don't believe that he could have given any less of a shit about me. I got the feeling that I was bothering him. As I was leaving, he had the balls to admonish me about my facial covering which is/was a full face shield. He said that my mask doesn't do anything and that I couldn't see out of it. He's always a great listener; He cares about your problems. Nice office people too.
Staff are rude, not personal and when you tell this to the doctor when you fill out a survey you will get a letter saying that they won't see you anymore for something absurd... this practice is a joke
Dr Ludwig is an excellent doctor. He is funny, great sense of humor, a doctor you can have fun with and be yourself. As a male, I really enjoy my visits with Dr. Ludwig., he now is our family doctor. He is very good in regards to his concerns about you and your health care needs, he listens to you then asks questions which will help him tend to your care. If he can not help you, he will refer you to another health care provider he feels will best suit your needs.
Very personable--funny--and knowledgable. Dr. Ludwig is GREAT
