I could sum this review up in 2 words, “THE BEST” I run a Pilot Escort Business (D&S Pilot Car Services LLC) and while escorting the oversize load, my alternator went out 15 from our delivery location and I was stranded on side of the road on US-24! Recently purchased a foreign automobile (2 yrs old) from a local dealership and realized several weeks after purchase, they do not/did not do ANY of the pre-cert ck's, ie; fluid ck's, changes, tire rotation/balance prior to sale. I genuinely can’t express how grateful I am to have stumbled upon a place that provided us with such immense assistance at such a last-minute moment. As we were driving to Cedar Point, my car overheated and forced us to pull off the interstate. A hole in the radiator was causing the coolant to gush out of the front grill. Despite the situation, we managed to slowly drive the car to the shop. They promptly drove to retrieve a new radiator and replaced it within just two hours.
