I sat down with Jeff and specifically told him I needed someone to assist in all areas of my tax preparation. I get zero communication, zero upcoming reminders, nothing. Why would I pay someone to do my taxes if I have to do them myself? I don't suggest these people.
I have worked with them for several years now for both my company's taxes, payroll, etc and my personal taxes. I would highly recommend them as they did a great job at a very fair price. If you need anyone to do your taxes or payroll for your business I would check them out. If you need personal taxes done I would also highly recommend them.

My Family and I have used this company for over 20 years to do our taxes. They are nothing but friendly and willing to go above and beyond for you. They've been with my family through cancer, medical issues, and everything else under the sun. When I walk in they know my name and ask how my Wife is doing. I don't think I'll ever go elsewhere as these guys treat me just like family. As far as the 1 star comment below, I'm not quite so sure how it's the companies fault that they are getting audited.
