I have been going to Dr. Ludwick since he took over the practice from Dr. Cribbs. I have been satisfied with the care I have received, and I recommend this practice to others. I should caution others that they recently dropped out of most dental insurance networks (including mine), but they may still bill insurance for you if your plan provides out-of-network coverage.
I was given a referral from a friend. I tried for two full days to schedule an appointment for a broken tooth, but no one ever actually answered the phone. We kept missing each other playing phone tag, and I was never able to get through to book an appointment, forcing a wait through the weekend.
My son had a tooth ache, we showed up without an appointment and Dr. Ludwig squeezed us into his busy schedule and resolved the issue, with a warm friendly smile. He is highly competent and friendly at the same time. My parents are now switching here. I highly recommend this family dentistry.
Dr Ludwick is a wonderful dentist ! He is very truthful , patient and gentle ! He was been my dentist ever since Dr Cribbs retired , and that has been a very long time !
