For the last five years, I have hired Lud's for snow cleanup and summer yard cleanings. They are consistently unreliable. Several times, they have confirmed service for cleanups only to cancel last minute, when there isn't time to work out another solution. I do not recommend working with them.
I called this business today (8/25/21) to request a quote for snow plowing. The gentleman answering the phone asked me where I lived I said Coty of Buffalo and he asked were I told him specific address (east side of Buffalo) He then told me that he does not service "that" side of main street only people in the Elmwood village. He then told me to call another landscaper I declined and ended the conversation. In my opinion I was culturally profiled by this business.
