Don't seen to care about people, having to book an appointment early in the day seems ridiculous to me, we are trying to see a doctor because we are ill, not for a chat. The fact I have underlying health issue doesn't seem to matter to them, as long as they have less stress the better apparently. The people at reception were no help either, just all shoulders and a insincere better luck next time attitude. I remember when a doctors office actually tried to help people

My mother moved in with me and had to the old practice. I was dreading the move, she has had 2 visits from Dr Naven and l can't say enough about how much at ease he made her feel. Lovely Doctor

Tough times for us all and in particular for NHS workers. Im very happy with the service and attention I've received.
